great value for the money

Gut, aber nicht ganz günstig.
Positive: Die Wohnung ist relativ zentral und ruhig gelegen. Nach einem langen Tag mit Sightseeing, kann man hier gut regenerieren.
Negative: Vor dem Haus lag leider sehr viel Müll, die Eingangstür und der Lift haben schon bessere Tage gesehen. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte besser sein: Besteck und Geschirr waren knapp bemessen, es fehlte ein Sieb, der Toaster funktionierte nicht.
